Reservations are made through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. Choose your preferred platform on our Book page — availability, pricing and payment are handled securely by that platform.

Bookings at this property are non-refundable. Each booking platform also shows its own terms at checkout.

Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. Rental dates are guaranteed once a deposit is received, except for Acts of God such as fire or mandatory evacuation.

Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Arrival is contact-free: we send a temporary door code the morning of your arrival.

Up to 8 overnight guests. The minimum age to rent is 18, and children of all ages are welcome.

No pets and no smoking, please.

Yes. The villa has satellite internet with Wi-Fi. It works well for everyday use and light work, but it is not a high-speed connection.

Guests may swim in the river at their own risk. Kayaks are available from the private dock.

Yes — birthday parties, family gatherings, showers and small weddings are welcome with an added event fee. The maximum number of event attendees is 25. Please contact us to discuss your plans.

Ocean City and Sea Isle are about 30 minutes away, Cape May and Wildwood about 40 minutes, Atlantic City about 50 minutes and Philadelphia about 55 minutes by car.
