Riverfront! This classic Mediterranean-style vacation home sits on a gorgeous 3.08 acres on the beautiful Maurice River. The carbon-neutral villa is picturesque, serene and surrounded by nature at its best — a perfect spot for a family vacation, or to host a party or small wedding while staying.
Sai Villa is a perfect vacation home for hot tubbing, barbecuing and drinking wine (or beer) to your heart’s content. It’s hard to tell where you should spend more of your time: outdoors, or indoors playing pool, foosball, poker or darts in the family entertainment room.
All parts of Sai Villa on Maurice River are open and available for you to enjoy. On arrival, look for the red Moravia signage on Route 47 — tall natural trees along the dirt road welcome the last leg of your drive in. We provide a temporary door code the morning of your arrival.
Sai Villa holds Superhost status on Airbnb and Vrbo for outstanding hospitality — highly rated, experienced and reliable. A minimum one-day vacancy between stays allows for thorough cleaning, and check-in and check-out are entirely contact-free.
